Job Title: Technical Representative – Final Assembly Line


Technical Representative required to work for a leading aviation industry company.

This is an excellent opportunity based in Hamburg, Germany to join an established Aviation sector company, whilst being rewarded with a competitive package.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work as a Final Assembly Representative, performing various tasks including:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience supporting aircraft Final Assembly Line (FAL) activities from build through to aircraft delivery - A320 ONLY
• 5–8 years' experience in aircraft maintenance, production inspection or aircraft delivery.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, production, installation, testing, quality assurance, and manufacturing processes
• Experience managing non-conformities, concessions, and production issues through to resolution
• Ability to work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customer representatives
• Experience monitoring production milestones, inspections, functional testing, acceptance activities, and delivery readiness
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills within a fast-paced aerospace environment
• Review aircraft technical documentation, including:
  • Build records
  • Modification and retrofit status
  • Service Bulletin embodiment
  • Cabin configuration
  • Technical records
  • Weight & Balance documentation
  • Delivery documentation
  • Concession and deviation records
• Must already have the legal right to work in the EU (no visa sponsorship available)

• Valid EASA Part-66 (or equivalent ICAO/national authority) Aircraft Maintenance Licence
