Contract: Permanent Schedule: Standard Office Hours
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to MROs on troubleshooting issues and initiate required actions within the maintenance management system to ensure task completion.
Liaise with aircraft and component manufacturers (OEMs) to report occurrences, recurring defects, and identify technical solutions.
Act as the focal point between Production, MRO, and Engineering teams.
Analyse fleet defects using ERP and reliability monitoring tools to identify repetitive issues and implement corrective actions.
Consolidate actions initiated by MCC teams and monitor progress through to completion.
Participate in daily production meetings.
Prepare technical occurrence and incident reports for departments such as Finance, Quality Assurance, and Insurance.
Manage investigation requests received from Compliance Monitoring in coordination with the Production Manager.
Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification in Aeronautical Maintenance.
Previous experience within a Part CAMO and/or Part 145 environment.
Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office and IT systems.
Experience with maintenance ERP systems preferred.
Strong organisational skills with a proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented approach.
Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
Fluent French language skills required.
Valid driving licence and eligibility to obtain an airport airside pass.
