ResponsibilitiesTeam Management Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the Technical Follow-Up team. Maintain and update departmental procedures and processes. Coordinate activities across Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and other operational departments. Ensure effective use of maintenance and reliability software tools. Establish, monitor, and report on departmental KPIs and performance metrics. Fleet Technical Follow-Up Provide technical support to MROs on troubleshooting and maintenance-related issues. Initiate and monitor required maintenance actions within the ERP system to ensure proper execution. Analyse fleet defects and reliability data to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure corrective action plans are effectively implemented and followed through to completion. Reporting Prepare technical occurrence reports for internal stakeholders, including Finance, Quality Assurance, and Legal departments. Manage and respond to technical investigation requests from Compliance Monitoring.
Requirements Degree or equivalent qualification in Aeronautical Maintenance. Strong experience in Technical Follow-Up, Aircraft Engineering, Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance, or Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAMO). Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office and IT systems. Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented approach. Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level). Fluent French language skills required. Aviation maintenance background with experience in a CAMO, Part-145, airline, or MRO environment preferred.
