About the Company:
VHR is hiring on behalf of a leading aviation company known for delivering high-quality aircraft maintenance and repair services. The company prioritizes safety, efficiency, and operational excellence across its fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily technical monitoring of the fleet;
- Coordination of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities;
- Technical defect analysis and troubleshooting;
- AOG (Aircraft on Ground) management;
- Optimization of fleet availability and operational punctuality;
- Monitoring of MEL/CDL, Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), and regulatory requirements;
- Coordination with Engineering, Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance, MROs, and OEMs;
- Monitoring of technical KPIs (Dispatch Reliability, Technical Delays, AOG, etc.);
- Continuous improvement and knowledge transfer
Requirements:
- Must hold EASA Part-66 License (B1 or B2) with type rating on A320 NEO (PW), A330NEO (Trent) and A350.
- Experience in line maintenance or MCC.
- Recency on a/c types would be an advantage
- Valid training in Fuel Tank Safety, EWIS, and Human Factors.
- Fluent in English.
