MCC Coordinator

Reporting to the MCC Manager, the MCC Coordinator is responsible for:

• Operational flight crew call handling.

  • Monitor multiple communication channels, including VHF, ACARS, and telephone, for aircraft tracking.
  • Act as the liaison between the OCC, flight crews, and various MRO providers.
  • Log all intervention requests within the maintenance management system for follow-up.

• Prepare operational briefings and reports for the Technical Operations Manager, including production briefings, shift handovers, incident reports, and specific follow-up reports.

• Monitor MELs and manage GO/NO-GO decisions within the ERP system, ensuring fleet status and control panel information remain up to date.

• Coordinate outsourced line maintenance activities with external service providers, including task dispatch, monitoring, and access requirements.

• Manage technical delays by reviewing delay codes, analysing causes, tracking durations, and identifying preventive actions. 

• Provide operational support, including:

  • Captain CRS tracking
  • MEL extension requests
  • One-Off authorisations
  • Parts documentation
  • OEM technical support requests
  • Part number creation.

• Degree in Aeronautical Maintenance or equivalent relevant experience.
• EASA Part-66 Licence required.
• Type rating on B737NG and/or A320neo advantageous.
• Experience with maintenance ERP systems preferred.
• Strong decision-making ability and ability to work under pressure. 
• Excellent organisation, communication, and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency (minimum B2 level). 
• Fluent French language skills required.
• Valid driving licence and eligibility to obtain an airport airside pass.
