Field Service Engineer - London
Field Service Engineer required to work for a leading London based specialist engineering and technical services company.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work as a Field Service Engineer performing various tasks including planned preventative maintenance, servicing and repair of specialist equipment, fault finding and diagnostics, installation and commissioning of new equipment, responding to breakdowns and technical service calls, completing service reports and maintenance records, and providing professional technical support to customers.
Mandatory Requirements
• Previous experience working as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or similar
• Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent technical experience
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults
• Ability to work independently and manage a field-based workload
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to complete technical documentation accurately
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel throughout London and surrounding areas
Desirable Requirements
· Experience working with specialist equipment
· Electrical or mechanical engineering qualifications
· Experience carrying out installation and commissioning
· Previous experience in a customer-facing engineering role
· Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures and technical standards
