End of Line Paint Inspector - High-End Automotive

We are seeking an experienced End of Line Paint Inspector to join a prestigious automotive paintshop specialising in high-end sports and luxury vehicles. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail and a strong understanding of premium automotive paint standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out detailed end-of-line inspection of painted components prior to release.
Perform thorough visual and quality checks to identify defects such as inclusions, runs, orange peel, scratches, pinholes, and other paint imperfections.
Inspect high-value carbon fibre parts to ensure they meet exact customer and quality standards.
Assess paint finish, colour consistency, gloss levels, and overall presentation.
Accurately record inspection results and report any non-conformities.
Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain exceptional standards.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience within automotive paint inspection, quality inspection, or end-of-line inspection.
Previous experience working with premium automotive brands such as Porsche, Bentley, Aston Martin, Audi, or other luxury/high-performance manufacturers.
Strong understanding of automotive paint quality standards and cosmetic inspection techniques.
Experience inspecting carbon fibre components would be highly advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering flawless quality.
Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced production environment.
