Composite Laminator - Motorsport & High-End Automotive (January 2027)

  • Contract: Long-Term | LTD Company or P.IVA
  • Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience

VHR is seeking Composite Laminators for a long-term opportunity within the motorsport and high-end automotive sector.

We are interested in candidates with a range of experience levels, from those with 2+ years' composite laminating experience through to highly experienced laminators who have worked on elite motorsport or luxury automotive programmes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in composite laminating
  • Experience within motorsport, Formula 1, high-performance automotive, luxury vehicles, aerospace, or similar composite environments
  • Ability to work from engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Experience with carbon fibre components and high-quality finishing standards
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Desirable Experience

  • Formula 1, Formula E, WEC, IndyCar, GT racing, hypercar, or luxury vehicle programmes
  • Pre-preg carbon fibre lay-up
  • Vacuum bagging and curing processes
