Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) with a minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience and hands-on experience working on Airbus H125/ AS 350 helicopters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications while ensuring all work is completed in accordance with approved technical data and applicable aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Airbus H125/AS 350 helicopters.

  • Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, defect rectification, repairs, and component replacement.

  • Interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, technical publications, drawings, and other approved technical data.

  • Complete aircraft maintenance records and documentation accurately.

  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with applicable Transport Canada regulations and company procedures.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and aircraft systems.

  • Support aircraft modifications, repairs, and installations.

  • Work closely with pilots, maintenance personnel, engineering, and management.

  • Maintain a safe and professional working environment.

  • Ensure all maintenance work meets required quality and airworthiness standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid Transport Canada AME license appropriate to the position.

  • Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience required.

  • Previous experience on Airbus H125 / AS 350 helicopters strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of helicopter maintenance practices and procedures.

  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance instructions.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent documentation and technical record-keeping abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to aviation safety.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

  • Must be able to pass required background and employment checks.

  • Must be available to work the required schedule and location.

  • Airbus H125/AS 350

  • Required to be type on the Helicopter. 

  • Line and base maintenance
