Job Title: Supply Chain Officer

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work as a Supply Chain Officer performing various tasks including:

  • Coordinating and managing procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and services.

  • Supporting supplier selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring in line with company standards.

  • Managing purchase orders, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and specifications.

  • Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock control to optimize supply chain efficiency.

  • Liaising with internal departments and external vendors to resolve supply issues or delivery delays.

  • Assisting in contract management, including renewals, amendments, and documentation updates.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and aviation regulatory requirements.

  • Supporting logistics operations, including customs clearance and shipping coordination.

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate supply chain reports and data for management review.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics within the aerospace or aviation industry.

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in ERP or supply chain management systems.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience working with international suppliers and aviation regulatory bodies.

  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance materials and logistics operations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Certification in supply chain or procurement (e.g., CIPS, CSCP).
