Position: Chemical Trainer
Overview:
Seeking for Chemicals Trainer with a strong background in explosives, energetic materials, or chemical manufacturing.
This role is critical in preparing cadets for specialist roles in defence manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on safe handling, formulation, and storage of chemicals and explosives.
- Teach chemical processes, industrial safety protocols, and risk management.
- Provide hands-on practical training in lab and industrial environments.
- Monitor student performance and uphold safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of industry experience in chemical or explosive manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of hazardous material handling and regulatory compliance.
- Proven training delivery experience, ideally in a defence or military context.
- Strong communication skills and a methodical, safety-first approach.
Preferred Profile:
- Degree or vocational qualification in chemistry, chemical engineering, or explosives.
- Previous military or defence experience highly advantageous.
