This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished Safety professional who thrives in dynamic environments and has a proven record of implementing, managing, and improving Safety Management Systems in accordance with EASA Part 145 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System within the Part 145 Maintenance organisation.
Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a proactive safety culture.
Monitor and evaluate safety performance through audits, investigations, and data analysis.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all safety-related matters.
Oversee safety training programs and ensure effective communication across all levels of the maintenance organisation.
Champion risk management and promote a just culture focused on learning and development.
