We're Hiring: ERP Supervisor - Career Opportunity in the Middle East
We are proud to be partnering with a prestigious client to find a highly skilled ERP Supervisor to join their Safety Department. This is a pivotal role responsible for the supervision, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Emergency Response Plans (ERP) across operations. The successful candidate will ensure strict compliance with GACAR and other relevant aviation regulations.
Location: Middle East
Experience: 5+ years in ERP within the aviation industry
Education: Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Safety Management, or equivalent
Preferred Certifications:
- Emergency Management Professional (EMP)
- Helicopter Emergency Medical Services
- Aviation Human Factors
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing emergency programs to ensure all response activities align with GACAR standards and procedures.
- Leading the development and implementation of ERP strategies for various operational scenarios.
- Coordinating and conducting regular emergency response drills and exercises to evaluate effectiveness.
- Monitoring emergency performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
- Providing ERP training and education to employees and contractors to ensure preparedness.
- Maintaining and updating all emergency response documentation, plans, and records.
- Acting as the primary liaison with local authorities and organizations during emergencies.
- Participating in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Assessing potential emergency scenarios and conducting risk evaluations.
- Supporting the procurement and readiness of emergency response equipment and supplies.
- Ensuring company-wide understanding and compliance with ERP protocols, GACAR, and other international standards.
- Advising on business continuity strategies and humanitarian risk monitoring.
- Taking part in ERP project evaluation, reporting, and continual learning activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of emergency response principles, aviation regulations (GACAR/FAA/EASA), and procedures
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in MS Office suite applications
- A team-oriented, disciplined, and highly organized professional
- Capable of making decisions under pressure, managing conflict, and showing initiative
- Able to maintain confidentiality and uphold safety and quality standards
