Key Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC machines, ensuring accurate and efficient operation for production runs.
- Perform adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain workflow.
- Collaborate with operators and team leaders to meet daily production goals.
- Ensure machines are prepped and maintained to deliver high-quality output.
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC setter, or an operator with exposure to setting tasks.
- Ideal candidates will have experience with 5-axis CNC machines.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal oversight.
- Experience with exotic alloys is a bonus but not required.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Flexibility to work a 40-hour week across 5 days, with adaptable scheduling.
