Part 145 Planner - Boscombe Down
Our client, a Helicopter Services company that has provided Rotary Engineering, Training and Charter across the UK and Europe for over 40 years require a Part 145 Planner to undertake a permanent position base on-site in Boscombe Down, Salisbury.
The role of Part 145 Planner is responsible for, but not limited to the following duties -
* Reporting to Engineering Manager
* Tracking aircraft utilisation in advance of upcoming maintenance
* Monitoring upcoming maintenance / component replacement
* Updating capacity/fleet plan & short forecast spreadsheet
* Checking NDT requirements
* Ordering upcoming components via stores
* Monitoring ground runs
* Weekly CAM update of aircraft
* Customer/ops liaison when booking aircraft in for maintenance (manpower planning)
* Updating customers during aircraft's maintenance input
* Raising scheduled estimates
* Updating all aircraft (internal & external)
* Raising rectification estimates for labour/parts
* Raising work orders for aircraft
* Raising CRS
* Checking / typing / closing work orders
* General day to day engineering and customer enquires
* Work with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the business including Part M and Ops.
